1. The terms of my execution of one sketch are 2-3 days.
2. The deadlines are affected by your quickness of answers, how complete and detailed the technical task for the sketch is.

Technical task - sketching of interiors [landscapes]
1. A plan of the room [or plot of land for a landscape sketch] with dimensions: the main dimensions of the room [plot of land], the height of the room, the dimensions of doors and windows with an indication of their height (also the height of window sills), floor plinths and ceiling cornices.
2. Furniture layout plan [plants, landscape elements, landscaping - paths, benches, lamps, decorations, etc.] - all dimensions must be legible.
3. Collage with furniture and finishing materials [landscape elements] (these can be hyperlinks to them on the Internet, but necessarily with dimensions and color).
4. If the design project includes a complex ceiling or wall element / structure, floor pattern or carpet, then I will need a wall / ceiling / floor scan from you.
5. Desired angle (can be indicated with arrows on the plan).
6. Additional information that I need to take into account: lighting, decor, presentation atmosphere, sketch format (A3, A4, etc.).
It is possible to immediately specify information about objects or interior details that can be replaced.
Correction. Interior [landscapes] sketching
Correction can be done in several stages:
1. At the stage of creating a model.
2. After receiving the sketch for approval (up to 10 working days).
You can submit 2 patch lists for free, not exceeding 20% of the thumbnail size.
The angle you selected cannot be changed during the corrections stage.
Free corrections:
1. Changing the color, shade of walls, ceiling, floor, structures, furniture, plants, decor.
2. Adding textures.
3. Replacement or resizing of decor.
4. Adding highlights, glitter.

Терміни виконання:
1.. Терміни мого виконання одного скетчу 2-3 дні.
2.. На терміни впливає ваша оперативність відповідей, на скільки повне та детальне технічне завдання для скетчу.
3.. Форс-мажорні ситуації обговорюються індивідуально.
Технічне завдання - скетчинг інтер'єрів [ландшафтів]
1. План приміщення [або земельної ділянки для ландшафтного скетчу] з розмірами: основні габарити приміщення [земельної ділянки], висота приміщення, розміри дверей та вікон із зазначенням їх висоти (також висоту підвіконь), підлогових плінтусів та стельових карнизів.
2. План розміщення меблів [рослин, елементів ландшафту, благоустрою - доріжки, лавиці, світильники, декорації, та інше] - всі розміри повинні бути читабельні.
3. Колаж з меблями та оздоблювальними матеріалами (це можуть бути гіперпосилання на них в інтернеті, але обов'язково з розмірами та кольором).
4. Якщо в дизайн-проєкті передбачена складна стеля або елемент / конструкція стіни, малюнок підлоги або килим, то мені знадобиться від вас розгортка стіни / стелі/ підлоги.
5. Бажаний ракурс (можна вказати стрілками на плані).
6. Додаткова інформація, яку мені потрібно врахувати: освітлення, декор, атмосфера подачі, формат скетчу (А3, А4 та інше).
Можливо відразу вказати інформацію про предмети або деталі інтер'єру, які можуть бути замінені.
Виправлення. Скетчинг інтер'єрів [ландшафтів]
Виправлення можна виконати на декількох стадіях:
1. На стадії створення моделі.
2. Після отримання ескізу на узгодження (до 10 робочих днів).
Безкоштовно ви можете надіслати 2 списки виправлень, не перебільшуючи 20% від об'єму ескізу.
Вибраний вами ракурс не можна змінити на стадії виправлень.
Безкоштовні виправлення:
1. Зміна кольору, відтінку стін, стелі, підлоги, конструкцій, меблів, рослин, декору.
2. Додавання текстур.
3. Заміна або заміна розміру декору.
4. Додавання бліків, глітеру.

1.7) 2d plan with an area of up to 100 m^2 interior / landscape = $70-$90;
1.8) 2d plan with an area of up to 150 m^2 interior / landscape = $90-$120;
1.9) 3d plan with an area of up to 100 m^2 interior = $90-$120;
1.10) 3d plan with an area of up to 150 m^2 interior = $120-$140;
1.11) Exterior = $70-$90.
2. Additional Information:
2.1) If there is a ready-made model and the like - a 20% discount.
2.2) When ordering 3 sketches or more at the same time - a 10% discount.
2.3) The final price of the sketch will be after I study the technical task.
№2. Price - 3d modeling (concept)
The cost depends both on the area, the concentration of objects (elements) on (in) the object, and on the degree of detail you need.
For example, a 3d model (concept) in color or black and white for:
- the interior of a room with an area of 30 m^2 costs $26;
- an apartment or a private residential building with an area of 200 m^2 costs from $86.

1.3) 1 розгортка стіни інтер'єру = $30-$50;
1.4) 1 ракурс інтер'єру / ландшафту = $50-$70;
1.5) 1 ракурс громадського інтер'єру = $70-$90;
1.6) декорування подій = $90-$120;
1.7) 2d план площею до 100 м^2 інтер'єру / ландшафту = $70-$90;

2. Додаткова інформація:
2.1) При наявності готової моделі і тому подібне - знижка 20%.
2.2) При одночасному замовленні 3 скетчів та більше - знижка 10%.
2.3) Остаточна ціна скетчу буде після вивчення мною технічного завдання.
№2. Прайс - 3d моделювання (концепт)
Вартість залежить як від площі, концентрації об'єктів (елементів) на (в) об'єкті, так і від ступеню потрібної вам деталізації.
Наприклад, 3d модель (концепт) в кольорі або чорнобіла для:
- інтер'єр кімнати площею 30 м^2 коштує $26;
- квартира або приватний житловий будинок площею 200 м^2 коштує від $86.
Остаточна ціна 3d моделювання буде після вивчення мною технічного завдання.
